Bring the wanted QoL features as addon for the Mouse Tweaks mod!

(acts kinda as backport of More Mouse Tweaks for older version(s) of Minecraft)

Ctrl+LMB: move the matching-item stacks between inventories (chest <--> inventory, hotbar <--> inventory)

Ctrl+LMB: move all items when clicked on empty slot (context-respectfull)
