Revival Lives Shrine

Revival Lives Shrine adds a hardcore-lite lives system to your survival server. Every player starts with 10 lives — each death costs one. When you run out, you're locked in Spectator Mode until a friend builds a Revival Altar to bring you back.

💀 The Lives System

• Every player begins with 10 lives (configurable).
• Each death removes one life with a warning in chat.
• At zero lives, you're permanently stuck in Spectator Mode.
• Lives persist through server restarts and work with offline-mode / TLauncher.
• Visual HUD: Your lives are displayed as hearts in the top-right corner. Hearts change color based on health: Red (4+), Orange (1–3), and Grey (0).

🏝️ Soul Nexus Sky Islands

The world now features Soul Nexus Sky Islands, floating high-altitude islands (Y=180+) that are essential for revival.

• Soul Crystals: These islands are covered in Soul Crystal blocks, which are required for crafting.
• Rare Structures: Some islands spawn with Ritual Pedestals and Shrines already placed.
• Accessing Islands: Create a Soul Portal by placing a Soul Crystal inside a 3x3 frame of Amethyst Blocks.

🏛️ The Revival Altar (New Ritual)

Revival is no longer just a single block; it is a multiblock ritual.

🔨 New Crafting Recipes

All mod blocks require a Diamond Pickaxe or better to mine.

• Soul Crystal: Crafted with 4 Amethyst Shards, 4 Echo Shards, and 1 Soul Lantern.
• Ritual Pedestal: Crafted with 4 Obsidian (corners), 4 Crying Obsidian (cross), and 1 Soul Crystal (center).
• Revival Shrine: Crafted with 4 Obsidian (corners), 4 Soul Crystals (cross), and 1 Nether Star (center).

⚡ Activating the Shrine

To revive a player, you must build the altar layout:

1. Place the Revival Shrine in the center.
2. Place 4 Ritual Pedestals on the cardinal sides (North, South, East, West) directly adjacent to the shrine.
3. Offerings: Right-click each pedestal with one of the following items:

• 1× Nether Star
• 1× Totem of Undying
• 1× Beacon
• 1× Enchanted Golden Apple

1. Activation: Right-click the Shrine with an empty hand. A 60-second timer and a golden beacon will appear.
2. Resurrection: Click a dead player's name in chat or use the revive command. The player is reset to 10 lives, switches to Survival, and teleports to the shrine, which then self-destructs.
