• How can I go to the Heaven dimension?

• You can't go there with a normal water bucket. Add glowstone powder to all four sides of the water bucket to make it a glow bucket and use it like a lighter.

Note: When you enter the portal, wait patiently for a while. Don't assume you can't go there just because there's no portal effect.
