SoftWind Bears
Adds Grizzly Bears and Panda Bears to Minecraft. Originally made for the SoftWind modpack, but fully usable as a standalone mod.

Adds two new bear mobs to Minecraft.
Grizzly Bear
- Spawns in warm taiga biomes
- Neutral mob that can become hostile when provoked
Panda Bear
- Spawns in jungle biomes
- Replaces vanilla pandas
The mod was originally made for the SoftWind modpack, but can also be used standalone.
Bear stats and behavior can be configured in softwindbears-common.toml.
Spawn rules are defined via biome modifier datapack JSON and can be overridden with a datapack.
