Adds commands to be able to export Tags, Recipes and Item lists after finding few to none tools to export in an easily readable and formatted way
Adds /dumpitems with a true flag to separate items into different namespace files
Adds /dumptags to create a folder in the resources/data format with all the tags, does not yet work for nested tags
Adds /dumprecipes to create a folder in the resources/data format with select recipe types
Vanilla Recipes include crafting, blasting, smelting, smoking, campfire_cooking, and stonecutting
Farmers Delight recipes, cooking and cutting
Brewin and Chewin recipes, fermenting and pouring
