When a player is killed by a charged creeper, they may drop their head.(default by 100%)
And now it can control the behavior of Creepers after exploding(Before v1.1, it can preventing Creepers from exploding and destroying blocks).
You can change the value in the configuration file (creeper.json) to adjust the drop probability, the range is 0.0-1.0 (corresponding to 0%-100%)
