This mod adds DECtalk to minecraft chat!
just like moonbase alpha does, this adds the chaotic TTS system that can sing and talk in your chat!
use various text values such as [iy<1000,25>] for a one second note of "iy" at note 25 you can pick names with text like like [:np] [:nb] and [:nh] before your message
