Modifies how Minecraft creates Nether Portals. The scale of the overworld and nether is now dependent on the difference in center positions and size of the world borders. This is useful for small world border survival games on servers where the players have trouble linking portals in the nether (maybe leaking their secret bases or something). This mod attempts to fix this issue.
Limitation: If the world borders are massive in comparison to each other. Say the nether is 20k blocks wide and the overworld is 1k blocks wide then the portals may not link properly due to Minecraft's portal search radius. If the radius is overriden to be higher than it may snap to another portal nearby that you likely didn't want to connect to.
