About
lestx's Standable Striders lets you stand on top of vanilla Striders, giving them platform-like behavior inspired by the Happy Ghast.
Instead of only being used as a lava mount, Striders become more useful for positioning, movement, and general Nether traversal. The goal of this mod is to expand what Striders can do without changing their identity as a vanilla mob.

Why use this mod?
Striders are already useful for crossing lava, but their normal interaction is limited. This mod gives them an extra purpose by turning them into a more practical moving platform.
It is meant to feel like a natural extension of vanilla gameplay: small in scope, easy to understand, and immediately useful in the Nether.
