Preview

Vanillus aims to give a new, fresh Minecraft experience not too far out of line with Unmodded/Vanilla. Many features are changed/improved, such as mob behavior, structure generation, terrain generation, and player interaction, while also boasting performance optimizations over Vanilla. More mods will be added over time in future updates, as well as a guidebook and exclusive features.

Vanillus is made for both Singleplayer and Multiplayer 1.21. It falls in the Vanilla+ genre, and improves both tedious and exciting parts of Minecraft so that even someone who thought the game was getting stale would have many exciting moments and fresh experiences playing this pack. A player might face difficulties in the new dungeons or mobs in Vanillus, but they might then use the new interesting tools at their disposal to try to overcome them.

Note: This project is separate from the Curseforge project by the same name.

Installation and Play

When installing this modpack, make sure that the memory is set to at least 4GB, or 4096MB, or else you may encounter some performance issues. All modded launchers are supported. Other than that, no other adjustments have to be made.

Vanillus contains the Essential Mod, which allows for easy Multiplayer without the use of a server host, along with other Multiplayer-friendly features. However, Singleplayer is supported and significantly improved as well.
