Change animations options in Esc > Mods > Inventory Particles

Item Physics

Unfortunately, you can't change the config file from the mod menu; you can, though, disable the mod (Item Physics Lite) from the mods folder or change the options manually in the config folder.

Disable the resource pack in Esc > Options > Resource Packs > (unselect NewGlowingOres)

Round trees & Better leaves

Dogs

You will only see the dog texture once you tame they. Disable the resource pack in:
