How it works:
You will have 3 tiers that will decide on how many blocks you can place at one time so if you sneak you will place blocks horizontal and if you dont sneak you will place blocks vertical

Commands:
/Fastplace set <Block Amount> - This will set a custom amount of blocks
/Fastplace disable - This disabled the fastplace mode
/Fastplace help - Shows the help list
/Fastplace reload - Reloads the config file
Permissions:
Fastplace.use - this will allow players to use /Fastplace help and /Fastplace disable
Fastplace.reload - this will allow players to use /fastplace reload
Fastplace.custom - This will allow players to use this
command /Fastplace set <block amount>
Fastplace levels permission are in the config file edit them to your liking.
