Adds Vanilla CIT textures for tools and weapons with Silk Touch, Fortune, Mending, and Fire Aspect. Also adds textures for enchanted books based on rarity of enchantments.
Enchantment rarities are arbitrarily assigned by my own perceived values of how good each enchantment is.
Rarities can be changed by editing the file assets/minecraft/items/enchanted_book.json
