Here I made my first plugin.
This plugin allows you to create Citizens shop to sell items.
You must have Vault:
https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vault.34315/
An economy plugin And Citizens2:
https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/job/Citizens2/
HOW IT WORKS:
/createnpcshop <name> -> to create a npc.
Do not forget to select the NPC with a stick !
Select an item in your inventory
/citizensshop add <place> <price> -> to add an item in selected shop.
/citizensshop remove <place> -> to remove an item in selected shop.
You can customize your npc like in Citizens2 commands.
To remove a shop use Citizens command :
/npc remove
PERMISSIONS:
citizensShop.admin -> to make shops
Don't forget to donat to improve the plugin.
