This is a simple plugin that is made for my server. It basically adds a toggleable nightvision effect to players. Thought to share it with the community in case anyone else finds it handy. The plugin is provided AS-IS and will most likely not receive updates unless it breaks on a new minecraft version.

Flashlight Commands
- /fl - Turns on/off your flashlight
- /fl help - Lists all FlashLight commands.
- /fl reload - Reload the configuration file.
- /fl list - Shows all players with flashlights enabled.
- /fl <playername> - Turns on/off someone's flashlight.
- fl.allow - Allows the use of player commands.
- fl.admin - Allows the use of admin commands.
- Milkbucket will not disable the flashlight.
- Night vision particles will not be shown.
- A list to see everyone using the flashlight.
- Turn on/off your own or someone else's flashlight.
- All messages can be customized.
