As of v3.0.0 of the mod, painting packs are no longer "special" resource packs, but instead their own format. This means that Modrinth no longer will host them, as they aren't technically resource packs (or datapacks for that matter). In light of this, I've set up a GitHub repo and will be using its "Releases" infrastructure to release new versions of the pack as needed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
