New torch! Fire has become more vibrant and dynamic thanks to extended animations that produce smoother, heavier flames.

Which Minecraft do you have?

Every version of the game needs its own build. Pick yours, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game. This mod is built for Resource pack only.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

This small but meticulously crafted resource pack radically changes the visual appearance of torches, bringing a new sense of atmosphere and realism to the game. In addition to the static model, their animation has also been completely reworked. The fire has become more vibrant and dynamic thanks to an elongated animation, conveying smoother, heavier flames. The flames themselves have become darker and more saturated, casting deeper, more dramatic shadows, filling the space with a mysterious, shimmering light. This small change has a huge impact on the overall atmosphere: dark dungeons and caves become truly eerie. Overall, this is a simple addition.
