For quite some time now, Bedrock has existed in Minecraft with an outdated, rather noisy texture. It is time for that to change.
Anthrax101's Remastered Bedrock seeks to give a retexture to bedrock that combines the look of new Minecraft with the original colors of bedrock. I have also made this new texture in the hopes that the sheer un-breakability and strength of bedrock are better conveyed to the player.
This remaster was originally packaged in my first published Minecraft Add-On, The Deep End, a (currently) bedrock-exclusive Vanilla + End expansion project in which bedrock plays a key role in certain aspects of the updated End Dimension(more specifically, in the "Deeper" parts of the End).
In the aforementioned project, the Ender Crystal's texture had to be changed to fit the new bedrock texture it introduced. Alongside the change to the base of the Ender Crystal, the central crystal was also retextured. Because this resource also needs the remastered Ender Crystal base to fit in, the Deep End's retexture for the central crystal has also been included. The resource pack includes emissive properties for the remastered Ender Crystal.
