To use the nick item, you have to install a nick system.
For example: Here is my NickSystem:

/setlobbyspawn - Set the lobby spawn
/setwarp «name» - Set a warp
/deletewarp «name» - Delete a warp
/warp «name» - Teleport to a warp
/warplist - List all warps
/gm («0 - 1 - 2 - 3») («player») - Change your gamemode
/ping («player») - Show the ping of yourself or another player
/fly («player») - Let a player fly/fall down
/l | /lb | /leave | /hub | /spawn - Teleport to the spawn
lobby.setup - /setlobbyspawn
lobby.setwarp - /setwarp
lobby.deletewarp - /deletewarp
lobby.warplist - /warplist
lobby.gm - /gm
lobby.nick - Get the nick item
lobby.shield - Get the shield
lobby.silent - Get the silenthub item
