this resource pack replaces the blocks music disc to be playing Moog City 2 instead. And this adds one of the songs from the minecraft soundtrack as a disc and users who downloaded this can enjoy Moog City 2 as a disc. Be sure that the music disc is called Moog City 2 so if you just search music disc you won't find it so just type in "Moog City 2" in creative search menu if you want it in creative mode and in survival find a dungeon and go into it's chest
