Simple Fireflies is a lightweight and performance firendly datapack which aims to brings back fireflies to Minecraft. The pack emulates what this feature could have been if Mojang went through with the idea:
- Fireflies will spawn in appropriate biomes at night...
- ...only if the player is close to vegetation...
- ...with fully customisable settings coming soon...
- ...and a custom resource pack!
This is the resource pack needed to turn the use particles into fireflies instead of ugly pixel blobs. This pack alone wont make fireflies spawn.
