ItemParticles allows you to add particle effects for a wanted item. They will display when you hold the item in your hands, and are completely configurable in-game.
Spoiler: Features
- Very simple and intuitive gui : no long config.yml !
- Customize your particle with shape, redstone color / many particles types, the hand(s) it works on, and custom permissions for all particle effects you created.
- Multiple item particles on the same item at the same time
- 9 shapes (5 type of wings, 3 types of stars)
- 21 particles types
- Update the plugin without losing the item particles created.
- Permissions to display particles and create particles.
- Support for armors

itemparticles.modify : Permission which allows you to open the menu and create/modify item particles.
itemparticles.display: Permission needed to display particles when you have an item.
Custom permission: You can add a custom permission to each particle effect you created.

- Put ItemParticles.jar into your plugins folder
- Restart the server
- To add a new item particle, take an item in your hand and do the command /itemparticles <an id>
- Customize your item particle using the in-game gui
