Another creeper texture adjustment, brought to you by yours truly.

This texturepack takes advantage of how certain shaders mark specific hexcodes to be emmissives, resulting in a creeper that looks like a bright glowing broadcast error. All in all, just a silly texture change to bring a little more chaos (and hopefully enjoyment) to your playing experience.
