ItemTags is a plugin that will allow any item dropped on the ground has a little tag bar above it. It is not an actual hologram, instead it is just an item property. So this will not lag the server.
Plugin is compiled with JAVA7, so please use JAVA7 or higher. (If you are a server manager and you have JAVA6 installed on the server I will cry for you)
