Slightly simplifies all cross-like (grass) and seagrass block models, mainly for a minor performance increase.

This resource pack changes cross (grass, flowers, kelp) block models to not be rotated 45 degrees clockwise, which seems to improve performance ever so slightly without impacting visuals all that much.

It also makes seagrass use the same block model as the cross-like blocks.
