REQUIREMENTS
- PlotSquared v6: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/77506/

- If you use Plotsquared v4 or v5 use version 1.7.10
COMMANDS
- plotborder rl | Reloads the config.yml
- plotborder updatecheck | Check if a new update is available
- border or rand | Opens the GUI for the borders
- wall or wand | Opens the GUI for the walls
