THIS PACK USES A MINECRAFT FEATURE CALLED CUSTOM_MODEL_DATA, More information on this topic can be found at the minecraft wiki. In the pack there is a file called "Read_Me!.txt" Open this for the commands to get the custom modeled items. If you loose/delete this file here is the information again:

This pack uses Custom_Model_Data for the models, In order to get the custom items you will need admin/creative mode.

The commands for the items are:

Jinx’s hair: /give @p blue_dye[custom_model_data={strings:["jinx hair"]}] 1

Jinx’s gun: /give @p bow[custom_model_data={strings:["jinx pistol"]}] 1
