Consistent Sentries: Observer Style

With this pack installed, dispensers and dropper are altered to be more consistent with observers, including the directional indicators being present in only two sides of the block even when rotated vertically, and the removal of the "vertical" version of their front textures.

Mod Support
This pack also changes the textures from the Block Breaker & Block Placer mod, making them consistent the style used for the other sentry blocks.
