This pack updates the look of the chiseled bookshelves and the books within. The books contained within the bookshelf are now randomized, and are more accurate to the way books look in your inventory. If you use Optifine or Continuity the enchanted books are even emissive! I will try to update this pack with vanilla emissive support, but that's way over my head right now in terms of complexity.
This pack should work in all the versions that have bookshelves, even if Minecraft says otherwise.
