Modifies the colour map to make both Savanna and Desert biomes have identical leaves and grass to that of the oak forest biome. This has only been tested with the modern vanilla and classic texture pack. If a texture pack modifies the colour map it may be incompatible with this one.
Recommended to combine this with the "Make It Rain!" mod by globalista-dev to get rain in Savanna and Desert biomes.
