This is my very first custom plugin, and now I decided to recode it as a beta version and share it to public
Prevent certain item from being transferred from player to player, neccessary for offline servers. You want to give newbies op items and don't want players to create fake account to farm them without limiting their ip? Locked Items can do it.

Features:
- Lightweight
- Prevent locked items from being transferred by following methods:

• Being put into chest, hopper, dropper, dispenser, brewing stand, furnace
• Being clicked in a GUI (chest based inventory) of any plugin like weeTrade or Trading
  
• Being thrown by a player or being dropped when they die
• Can not be put into item frames
• Player can't use admin's defined commands while holding a locked item, like global market or marriage master's gif command.

- Any locked item being transferred by these methods, the owner's name will be written to them.
- Locked item's name can't be changed by anvils, can still be enchanted by anvils but can not be enchanted as a #2 slot of anvils (for example a locked enchanted book can't be used to add enchantment to weapons)
- A locked item with owner name in chest, hopper, dropper, dispenser, brewing stand, furnace can't be clicked by a player that is not the owner
- If a player have a locked item with someone else's name written on it, they will lost that item.
Requirements
- Java 8
- Bukkit/Spigot 1.7.10 (newest protocolhack one) and 1.8 thru 1.11.2
- Item must have a name to be locked

Permissions:
lockeditems.*: all plugin's permissions
lockeditems.admin: access to /lockeditems command
lockeditems.ignore: bypass the check
Installation
- Install DeathDropsAPI
- Put the jar to your plugins folder
- Reload/restart server or load the plugin by your plugin manager
- Edit the configuration file
- /lockeditems reload
