This resource pack simply re-implements the textures from the new 1.21 transparent background as packs that change the title menu textures prior to 1.21, most notably the built-in Programmer Art, can appear outdated or broken otherwise. This works as a better alternative to manually edit broken textures yourself, which may not even be possible in cases such as Programmer Art.
