Poké Pearls is a brand new resource pack focused on giving Minecraft a poké-themed vibe. The image shows the name of the texture pack.

The first changes added to the game are a modification of the ender pearl and eye of ender textures, replacing them with the classic cobblemon Azure Ball and Quick Ball textures.
