Snowy Rework

Rework for snow biome!!!. Free Minecraft Java resourcepack for 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.6.

Snow and powder snow have been retextured to have more contrast in their texture, the snow golem has been retextured and has had a remodel on its arms, the polar bear has been retextured, an item for snow has been added.

NOT Requires Optifine, but if you use, model changes will be seen on the snow golem.
