JoinMessagesGUI is easy to use per rank Join / Leave messages plugin! To start using it add JoinMessagesGUI plugin &
PlaceholderAPI plugin to your plugins folder and restart the server. Make sure you have
joinmessagesgui.admin or
joinmessagesgui.* permission and type "/joinleave" in chat. You can edit all join / leave messages groups in this menu. If you are using version 1.8 make sure you have
TitleAPI plugin in your plugins folder with JoinMessagesGUI.

Commands:
/joinleave | open JoinMessagesGUI menu
/joinleave reload | reload JoinMessagesGUI configuration
Permissions:
joinmessagesgui.group.<group> | Titles, join & leave messages of <group> are sent when you join / leave the server
joinmessagesgui.* | Permission to do manage everything
joinmessagesgui.admin | Permission to open /joinleave menu
joinmessagesgui.reload | Permission to reload JoinMessagesGUI
