Golden Sword >> Socket Wrench (Must be Alyx Vance's symbol weapon in HL2 Beta)
Diamond Sword >> Pipewrench (From HL: Opposing Force)
Netherite Sword >> Crowbar (You know from that game it is)
Bow >> USP Match (From HL2)
Crossbow >> Resistance Crossbow (From HL2)
Shield >> Wallhammer Shield (From HL: Alyx)
