Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
MISSING_TEXTURE_OUTER_END changes the purplish things from the Outer End to resemble missing textures.
This resource pack changes the textures of chorus plants, purpur blocks and shulkers, as well as all resources related to them, to somewhat resemble the classic missing texture.
It was created as a companion to the Render Dragon texture pack, but it also stands on its own.
