Visual Banner Patterns
This resource package replaces the original, identical looking banner pattern graphics with banner pattern graphics on which the corresponding pattern can be seen. The package is based on the graphics from the Faithfull 32 resource pack which you can find here: https://faithfulpack.net/
Works, despite the warning, from Minecraft version 1.14 to 1.21.1.
