Puts the fish into a newspaper, like the holy mackerel from TF2. Only applies when cooked. It also:

Renames Cooked Cod to Holy Cod
Renames Cooked Salmon to Holy Salmon
Waiting to be fixed: holy cod is for some reason ever so sligthly transparent. You probably wont notice unless you are actively looking for it.
