Adds the Private Use Area CSUR glyphs from Unifont CSUR to the game. This adds script support for Tengwar (Elvish), Sitelen Pona, Klingon, and many more! This is done through TTF and supports diacritics and similar features (if supported by the font).

Known issues
- The rendering currently has issues with glow ink
- Diacritics often arent in the correct place (this is an issue with the font)
