A Resource Pack that makes the Totem of Undying invisible.
It will cause the popped-up, offhand and mainhand ToU to disappear.
Side effect: The ToU displayed in the frame will move upward for a certain distance, but everything else remains unchanged (the third-person view will still be like they should be).
Compatible with all texture packs that do not modify the model.
