I don't know my version or loader

No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Does it work before 1.21.11?

Yes, but its a bit weird. The resource pack with the outline breaks in 1.15, because the outline of the totem swallows the rest of it, which makes the totem brown and weird, the solution is to download the Outline OFF version, which fixes it. Below 1.13, the totem just breaks, and the custom model just poofs away. I tried to fix it but no matter what i did, the resource pack would just refused to work.
