Increase the saturation of red, magenta, blue, cyan, green, yellow, and white concrete, then apply LABPBR to add glow. Additionally, add no glow to wool, only change its color. I have verified this with version 1.20.1, but it is likely available in other versions as well.This will not function unless you use a shader compatible with labpbr.
