What this datapack adds

Amethyst Enchanting Table (Block)
Gold Enchanting Table (Block)
Netherite Enchanting Table (Block)

Why this doesn't include the other ore materials

The other ore materials didn't feel very vanilla to me, and they didn't look that cool so I left them out.
