This Datapack adds the Rotating feature from Stardew Valley
Press Shift+F to rotate around your Inventory, you cannot rebind the buttons, because this is a datapack and it is really special this uses keybinds in the first place, because this is a new technique. If you have "Swap Item to Offhand" or "Sneak" rebind, use these buttons instead.

Why not with no item in hand?
The datapack detects you pressing the F button by tagging the item in your mainhand with "in mainhand" and the item in your offhand with "in offhand", when they now swap instantly, the datapack knows you have pressed F. Since you cannot tag air, this can't be done without an item in your hand.
