Information
They way to get them is by crafting each of them, but as a trade off, they are very expensive to craft. And have negative effects each time they are used.
You can also use the command: /loot give @all loot artifacts:(item)
There are more artifacts in the works with no release date yet.
Here is a full list and what each one does:
Difficulty CatalystsEach of these catalysts change game difficulty, in their respective order;peaceful,easy,normal and hard (Harmony,Serene,Balance,Anguish)

These crystals change the world time to day/night. (Day Crystal, Night Crystal)

These crystals change the world weather to sunny/thunder (Sunny Crystal, Thunder Crystal)

These skulls disable/enable natural regeneration. (Hardmode Skull, Bliss Skull)

These artifacts enable/disable keep inventory (Soul Keeper's Charm,Bloodmask)

This catalysts stop/resume time (Chronovoid Catalyst,Chrono Catalyst)
