Chainmail recipe
This is just a simple recipe data pack, nothing special.
Chainmail was originally added way back in 2009. It has never had an official recipe. From Alpha in 2010 all the way until Release 1.8 in 2014 you could use an unobtainable fire block to create Chainmail. In release 1.8 the fire block was removed from the game, hence why I opted to use the Fire Charge for the recipe.
This is also cheaper then using Flint and Steel or the chain block. The main reason I didn't go with the chain block for the recipe is because that makes to much sense. Fire making Chainmail never made sense. So, using fire charges feels more on theme with history than using Chain blocks.
The Recipes are exactly the same as all the other armor sets, you will just be using Fire Charges. You of course will need 24 Fire Charges total.
Side Note: The game will most likely tell you that the data pack is out of data depending on the version you are choosing to play but it works just fine 1.13-1.20
