Makes cracked variants of blocks only drop if mined using the Silk Touch enchantment.
The main reason why this exists is to alleviate inventory clutter. It's annoying having two slots in the inventory be used up by not only a normal variant of a block, but also its cracked variant.
The benefits of using this data pack shine when digging into a Stronghold or Bastion Remnant.
