Simple /help Command
Very lightweight and flexible plugin for the /help command.

- You can create other commands that simply output formatted text to the chat (e.g., /rules). To do this, create a new page and define a command alias for it using the default commands.yml file or other plugins.
The content of the pages is the same for all players. There is NO support for different content of the pages for different permission groups.
Commands:
- /help - view the first page of help
- /help # - view a specific page of help
- /help reload - reload the plugin configuration
Permissions:
- simplehelp.help - use the /help command
- simplehelp.reload - reload the plugin configuration
