Instalation
- Set up a Bukkit server like Paper (or it's forks).
- Download WorldGuard, NoteBlockApi and this plugin.
- Put plugin files into your server plugins directory.
- Create WorldGuard region(s).
- Modify config.yml.
- Reload plugin.
